DIRECTIONS

Take 1 capsule prior to your workout and 1 capsule before bed, preferably on an empty stomach. Alternatively, take 2 capsules at bedtime. Best when taken one hour prior to a meal or two hours after a meal. Do not use for longer than 8 continuous weeks without taking a 4 week break.

Discontinue use and consult your Healthcare Professional if you experience adverse reaction to this product. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Do not exceed recommended serving. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place.
