DIRECTIONS

Shake (don’t stir) 1 scoop (24.5 grams) of Modern ISO+ in 8 fluid ounces (237 ml) of cold water or any other beverage you choose. Add more liquid for a lighter taste and less liquid for a stronger taste. After shaking lightly, wait about a minute for the natural foaming to settle before enjoying your protein.
