DIRECTIONS

Tear open the packet and add the contents of the packet to 6-8 oz of water 15-30 minutes prior to physical activity. Due to its potency, we recommend taking no more than 1 packet. Start with half a packet to test your tolerance. DO NOT EXCEED 1 PACKET IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.
